The sightseeing design and architectural reconstruction of E-COOL are also attractive for its creativity. The main body of scenery uses the simple icons to express the related themes, e.g. the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 and the English letters. All of them create a good creating platform and space for the people.

| To make full use of the arrangement of buildings to design a sightseeing square, the random and natural sightseeing gardens form a integration with the design of footpaths, the number style sightseeing sculptures, ecological waterscape and trees are well designed and arranged inside to provide the wide and enough area for the people to walk, have rest or shopping.

| ·Manmade tree matrix design |
| The foursquare box composing of nine numbers provides four different functions: the four corners are designed as the concrete tree pool with four tall coconut trees standing aside, the wooden stools surrounding the trees are provided for the people to have rest; the glass lamp boxes and the flowing water form a beautiful picture in the park at night.
